Terms and privacy

Xaen Work is run by A.I.H Health Services L.L.C.SP in the United Arab Emirates. It lists freelance and project roles from employers across the UAE and lets you keep one profile to apply to them.

You sign in with Google or with a link sent to your email. We never see your Google password.

Keep your profile true and current. We may remove a profile that is false or misleading.

We keep the details you give in your profile: your name, WhatsApp number, email, emirates, languages, the work you do, your introduction, your links and any file you upload. Your gender is optional and is used only to match you to women-only roles.

We use these details to place you in roles and to contact you about them.

When you apply, the employer of that role and the team that runs its hiring see your profile. Your file is never public. Nobody else sees your details, and we do not sell them.

Applying does not guarantee a booking. Each employer agrees the terms of a role, including its pay, with you before you start.

Write to hello@xaen.ae from the email you sign in with, and we will delete your account, your profile and your file.
